What we collect

Account email and display name from Google or email/password sign-up. Documents and text you upload (RFPs, proposals, signatures). Audit metadata for signatures (IP, user agent, timestamp). Payment metadata via Razorpay; we never see card data.

How we use it

To run the service: AI review, proposal drafting, signing, and payment. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Data location and retention

Data is stored in Firebase regions you have chosen for your project. We retain account data while your account is active. You can request deletion through the contact page.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days.
