Use of the service

RFP Pro is a SaaS workspace that helps small B2B sales teams qualify RFPs/RFQs, draft proposals, capture electronic signatures, and collect payments through Razorpay. By creating an account you agree to use the service for legitimate business purposes only.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private. We scope all your data to your account. We may suspend access for abuse, illegal use, or non-payment.

Content you upload

You retain ownership of the documents you upload and the proposals you generate. You grant us a limited license to process and store your content to operate the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Payments

Subscription fees, if any, are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as set out in our refund policy. Payments taken from your buyers via Razorpay are governed by Razorpay's terms.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RFP Pro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
