Refund and Cancellation

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your RFP Pro subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period and we will not charge you for the next period. We do not pro-rate refunds for unused time within the current period.

Refund eligibility

We offer a refund of the most recent monthly subscription fee if the service is materially broken for you and we cannot resolve it within 7 business days of you reporting it. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the charge.

Buyer payments via Razorpay

Payments collected from your buyers through proposal pages are processed by Razorpay. Refund and cancellation of those payments are governed by your agreement with the buyer; we will provide the necessary tools to issue a refund through Razorpay.
